Analysis of expression of DICER and DROSHA transcripts by real-time PCR and ΔΔCt methods. (A) mRNA expression levels were determined in CD4⁺ T cells from HIV-1–infected or MEU patient groups and visualized as box-and-whiskers plots. Using Mann-Whitney statistical analysis, pairwise comparisons were performed. A 2-tailed P value of < .05 is statistically significant.
