Effect of FXI antisense treatment alone or in combination with Lovenox on thrombosis and bleeding in mice. Mice (n = 12/group) were treated with indicated doses of Lovenox alone (once daily for 3 consecutive days) or in combination with FXI ASO treatment (20 mg/kg twice/week for 3 weeks).
