Engrafted mice described in Figure 3 were analyzed for multilineage engraftment by determining the percentage of cells in the host peripheral blood labeled with both CD45.1 and either CD3 (T cells), CD19 (B cells), or Gr-1 (granulocytes) and analyzed by FACS (see “Materials and methods”) at 22 and 35 weeks after transplantation. Data are presented as mean percentage engraftment of donor CD3, CD19, or Gr-1 cells ± SEM. There were 4 to 5 mice per group.
