Mutational landscape. Explanatory tracks below sample names indicate the sampling point (diagnostic AP, BP, CP, or follow-up sample), treatment response for CP cases (poor, suboptimal, or optimal), expansion compartment (myeloid, lymphoid, or ambiguous) for AP/BP cases, sequencing strategy (WES or panel sequencing), variant calling strategy (tumor normal or tumor only), and control sample type (skin, T cells, or PMNC).
