Enhanced IL-12 and IL-10 production by Jak3^-/- and γc^-/- BMDCs. BMDCs were cultured in medium or stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) or CpG oligos (1 μg/mL) with IFN-γ (10 ng/mL).
