Blocking of B19 infection of bone marrow cells by anti-Ku80 antibody or antigloboside antibody. Bone marrow cells (2 × 10⁶) were infected with B19 (2 × 10¹¹ copies of B19 DNA) with the indicated antibodies and evaluated for quantity of B19 DNA as described. Anti-CD106 antibody was a mouse monoclonal antibody used as a negative control.
