CD95-dependent lytic activity of supernatants from Th1 and Th2 clones. Th1 clones 103 (two independent experiments are shown) and 3/12 as well as Th2 clones 3/39, F37 and 2/46, were cultured in medium alone, or in the presence of immobilized anti-TCR MoAb, or treated with gp120/anti-gp120 and then cultured with immobilized anti-TCR (simply named gp120 in the figure), or stimulated with PMA/ionophore. After 30 minutes or 1 hour (just for the PMA/ionophore sample) supernatants were collected and tested on 51Cr labeled Jurkat cells, with or without the anti-CD95 neutralizing MoAb ZB4 (50 ng/mL).
