Protocol for the generation and expansion of autologous anti–leukemia-specific T-cell lines from the bone marrow of patients with pre-B–cell leukemias. T-cell lines were primed from bulk bone marrow in the presence of sCD40L, CD28 MoAb, or bystander costimulators and expanded by restimulation with syngeneic CD40-stimulated leukemia cells and IL-2 (10 U/mL) when indicated.
