Effects of Dex and/or IL-6 on cell cycle distribution of OCI-My5 MM cells. OCI-My5 cells (2 × 10⁵/mL) were cultured with media alone, IL-6 (50 ng/mL), Dex (1 μmol/L), or both IL-6 (50 ng/mL) and Dex (1 μmol/L). Cell cycle distribution was analyzed by PI staining and FACS 16 hours later.
