NF-κB expression in day 7, 10, and 14 BFU-E–derived erythroblasts. Normal human BFU-E–derived erythroblasts were harvested at different days of differentiation and the whole cell lysate from 2 × 10⁵ cells was loaded on each lane of a 10% polyacrylamide gel. Western blotting was performed with anti-p50, anti-p52, anti-p65, or anti-IκBα antibodies and detection with ECL. Five independent experiments were performed and a representative blot is shown.
