Sorting of CD34⁺CD38⁺ cells from JCML and normal BM MNCs. BM MNCs were stained with FITC-conjugated anti-CD34 MoAb and PE-conjugated anti-CD38 MoAb. As negative controls, FITC- and PE-conjugated mouse IgG1 were used. The lymphocyte/blast region (R1) were gated according to their FSC and SSC. The cells in the R2 region were sorted as CD34⁺CD38^highcells.
