Comparison of plt/plt T cells with those from+/+ for the migration into PLN, PP, and spleen. T cells were enriched from DDD/1-plt/plt or DDD/1-+/+spleen cells, and labelled with BCECF-AM. Ten million cells were intravenously injected into DDD/1-+/+ and DDD/1-plt/plt recipient mice. Forty hours after the injection, fluorescence-positive cells were detected in PLN, PP, and spleen in DDD/1-+/+ (filled columns) and in DDD/1-plt/plt(crosshatched columns) recipients. Cell number was calculated from the total cell number in each tissue and percentage of fluorescence-positive cells.
