Effect of anti-TF antibodies on FVII(a)-induced VEGF production. Confluent fibroblasts were incubated with 10 μg/mL of anti-TF or irrelevant (Irr) antibodies for 30 minutes at 4°C before 24 hours of incubation at 37°C with 100 nmol/L FVII(a). Secreted VEGF was assessed by a specific ELISA. Results are expressed as the percentage of VEGF production in response to 100 nmol/L FVII(a), with 100% corresponding to 279.9 ± 35.5 pg/mL.
