Expression patterns of CD148 on different cell lines of myeloid and lymphoid origin. The 143-41 MoAb was assayed for their binding to cell lines by first incubating the cells with a saturating amount of antibody and, after washing, cells were incubated with a FITC-labeled goat antimouse antibody (—). Cells were also stained with a control isotype-matched antibody. The staining intensity of FITC-labeled cells is shown on the horizontal axis with the number of cells on the vertical axis.
