Expression of CAT reporter gene constructs in bovine endothelial cells. BAECs and CPAE cells were transfected with 10 μg of the CAT reporter vectors pGvW(−89/+19) or pGvW(−496/+244) and 0.5 μg of pCMVβ plasmid.
