Flow cytometric analysis of TIMP-1–JD38 cells treated with TIMP-1 neutralizing antibody. TIMP-1–JD38 clone 24 cells were treated with an isotype control (A) or anti–TIMP-1 antibody (B) as explained in the Materials and Methods. Two-color flow cytometry shows anti–TIMP-1 treatment decreases percentage of CD23 positive cells from 89.7% (A) to 27.4% (B), and increases both the percentage of cells expressing CD10 from 0.55% (A) to 17.8% (B), and CD77 from 1.2% (A) to 13.6% (B), respectively.
