Plot (A) shows a region (R1) drawn around CD3+ cells with low side scatter characteristics; plot (B) shows a region (R1) drawn around CD19+ cells with low side scatter characteristics; plots (C and D) show the gating procedure for NK cells. An initial region or anchor gate (R2) is set around CD7+CD3− cells. This region is then applied to an FSC versus SSC plot and a second region (R3) drawn around the lymphocytes with low FSC and SSC characteristics. Only events (cells) meeting these two criteria are collected and analyzed.
