Effect of AMG on IFNγ production by NK cells. Purified NK cells (10⁶ cells/mL) were incubated with the indicated cytokines in presence or absence the AMG for 3 days. Supernatants were collected and IFNγ production was measured by ELISA. Results are expressed as the mean ± SD of three different donors. Asterisks denote statistically significant differences between IL-12 + TNF + AMG and IL-12 + TNF (*P < .05), as determined by the Student’s t-test.
