Longitudinal analysis of natural killer cell activity. Patient lymphocytes were cultured with ⁵¹Cr-labeled K562 cells at effector:target ratios of 20:1,10:1, and 5:1 at increasing time intervals after immunization. Each line shows specific isotope release from a single patient at an E:T ratio of 20:1.
