Cytogenetic outcome after transplantation. The BM or PB inoculum used for grafting as well as BM obtained 3 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months from all evaluable patients on protocols CY/GM/BM, MAC/G/PB, and CY/G/PB were evaluated by metaphase analysis to detect the number of Ph-positive metaphases. On average, 20 metaphases from marrow obtained after transplantation were analyzed. Patients with ECP CML and AP CML were analyzed separately.
