PML relocalization and degradation in APL or non-APL cell lines after As₂O₃ and melarsoprol treatment. As₂O₃ induces PML relocalization onto nuclear bodies, followed by PML degradation not only in NB4 cells but also in HL60 and U937 cell lines. Melarsoprol does not affect PML nuclear localization.
