Leukemogenicity of M1 and M1Egr-1 cells in nude mice. For each cell type, 12 nude mice were intravenously injected (tail vein) with 104 or 105 cells prepared in 200 μL of 1× PBS. Control animals were injected with same volume of 1× PBS. The experiment was terminated after 12 weeks. All surviving mice were asymptomatic.
