Immunoblot analysis of platelet proteins from patients MT and MS using anti-_IIbβ₃ antibodies. Platelet proteins from GT patients MT and MS and various amounts of control platelet proteins from three normal subjects were electrophoresed on 7.5% polyacrylamide gel under reducing conditions and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane. _IIb and β₃ were detected with a 1:10,000 dilution of rabbit anti-_IIbβ₃ antibodies. The amount of proteins electrophoresed is indicated at the bottom of each line.
