Analysis by flow cytometry of Ficoll-Hypaque–purified leukapheresis products. Enumeration of CD34⁺ cells in light density cell suspension of peripheral blood labeled with anti-E2/NS1 whose labeling to the cells was defined by goat antimouse Ig conjugated with FITC.
