LPS induces A1 and A20 in HMEC-1 cells. (A) After treatment with LPS (100 ng/mL) for various times, total RNA from HMEC-1 cells was subjected to Northern analysis. (B) Protein lysates from HMEC-1 cells were also harvested at times after LPS stimulation as in (A) and analyzed by immunoblotting.
