IgG panVH, VH3, and VH6 H CDR3 fingerprinting profiles were obtained as described in Fig 1 and Materials and Methods. Cγ primers were used instead of Cμ primers to amplify H CDR3s in PCRs. MWs are provided of known basepair size and the corresponding number of encoded aa. The numbers above the lanes indicate the number of weeks when the blood samples were collected posttransplant. Absolute lymphocyte counts at corresponding weeks are as shown in Fig 1. Lanes marked NL show the IgG H CDR3 profiles of a normal donor.
