CM alters the morphology of P388D1(IL1) macrophages. Cells were treated with UCM (A, C, and E) or CM (B, D, and F) for 16 hours and their morphology assessed. Fixed cells were visualized with Nemarsky optics (A and B) on a Zeiss LSM 310 confocal microscope.
