Proliferation profiles for BAF-B03–derived cells. For growth assay, IL-3–dependent BAF-B03 and BM cells as well as IL-3–independent BMC, BEMC, BEME, and BEMD3 cells (pooled transfectants) were plated at 5 × 10⁵ cells/mL in the absence of IL-3 after washing with PBS. The concentration of viable cells was counted at various times after plating and represented on a logarithmic scale.
