Stimulation of autologous, antileukemic cytotoxicity by fresh AML cells, AML-DC cultures, and IL-2 alone. Autologous T cells were cocultured with fresh AML PBMNC, AML-DC–rich cultures, or IL-2 alone as described in Materials and Methods. They were then tested for cytotoxicity against autologous leukemia targets by LDH-release assay. Results represent the mean cytotoxicity of triplicate cultures.
