Kinetics of ⁵¹Cr and ¹²⁵IUdR release from target cells mediated by HO-1. (A) HO-1 cells were cocultured with ⁵¹Cr- or ¹²⁵IUdR-labeled autologous LCL (HO-LCL), which had been loaded with the DEK-CAN peptide at E:T ratios of 10:1 (▵), 5:1 (○), and 2.5:1 (□) for various incubation periods. (B) ⁵¹Cr and ¹²⁵IUdR release from HO-LCL mediated by alloantigen-specific CD8⁺CTLs was also examined. The percentage ⁵¹Cr and¹²⁵IUdR release levels were determined as described in Materials and Methods.
