Results shown are tracings from an experiment in which either E coli (100 μg/mL; tracing A), IAV (6 μg/mL; tracing B), or both (tracing C) was added to a stirred suspension of neutrophils (where indicated by arrow) and H2O2 production was assessed by the decline in fluorescence of scopoletin.
