NO-induced alterations in ▵ψ_m, ROS production, and cardiolipin content in Jurkat cells transfected only with neomycin (J-Neo) (A) and in Bcl-2 overexpessing Jurkat cells (J-Bcl-2) (B). To measure ▵ψ_m, ROS production, and cardiolipin content, cells were incubated with DiOC₆(3), HE, and NAO, respectively at 37°C for 30 minutes. Recordings were made only on PI negative (viable) cells at green fluorescence (FL1) for DiOC₆(3) and NAO and at red fluorescence (FL2) for HE. A representative experiment of four is shown.
