Hematopoietic cell–restricted cytolysis mediated by ex vivo–induced HA-1– and HA-2–specific CTLs. Data are representative for all ex vivo–induced CTLs tested. The cytotoxic activities of in vivo–induced HA-1– and HA-2–specific CTLs against the same target cell panel are shown for comparison. All target cells used in these specificity experiments were derived from the same HLA-A*0201⁺, HA-1⁺, HA-2⁺healthy volunteer.
