Differential chemokine receptor expression on DCs and their precursors derived from murine HPCs. Levels of mRNAs in every stage of the differentiation pathway demonstrated in Fig 1 were assessed by RT-PCR. For the positive control, genomic DNA extracted from murine tail was used as the template. PCR product not preceded by reverse transcription to exclude the amplification from genomic DNA was also shown. The results represent three independent experiments.
