Adherent PMNs were fixed and permeabilized and then stained with MoAbs to p57 or affinity-purified pAbs to p47phox or p67phox as indicated followed by secondary antibodies conjugated to FITC. p47phox and p67phox were diffusely distributed throughout the cytosol, and p57 was distributed throughout the cytosol and plasma membrane (arrows).
