HPK1 was immunoprecipitated using a HPK1-specific antibody after Epo stimulation at the indicated time points (lanes 1 through 6) or after 0.35 mol/L NaCl treatment for 30 minutes (lane 7) or heat shock at 42°C for 30 minutes (lane 8). In vitro kinase assays were performed in the presence of [γ-32P]ATP. The arrow indicates the autophosphorylated HPK1, and the band below is nonspecific.
