Expression of IκB- in HUVEC. Confluent HUVEC were left untreated (lanes 1 and 2), infected with rAd.IκB- (moi 100; lanes 3 and 4), and/or stimulated with TNF- for 1 hour (100 U/mL; lanes 2 and 4).
