Phenotype of plasma cells from RPs. The phenotype of plasma cells was determined in triple staining with anti-CD138-PECY5, anti-CD45-FITC, and the PE-conjugated MoAb indicated. Acquisition was performed on all cells (dot-plots A and B) or on CD138⁺gated cells (dot-plots C and D).
