Peripheral blood counts during ATRA plus G-CSF treatment. During ATRA and G-CSF treatment, platelet and WBC counts were determined (A). Cytological differentiation of peripheral blood smears was assessed daily. The percentage of promyelocytes, (meta)myelocytes, band cells, and segmented granulocytes was scored.
