Plasmin-inhibitory activity of native, wild-type, and mutant ₂AP. Each ₂AP was incubated with an equimolar amount of plasmin for selected incubation periods, and then residual plasmin activity was assayed using a plasmin chromogenic substrate (S-2251) as described in Materials and Methods.
