Endo-H treatment of wild-type Kell and Kp^a-transfected cell extracts. Cell extracts from mock-transfected cells (lanes 1 and 4) and cells transfected with pRC/CMV-wt Kell (lanes 2 and 5) or pRC/CMV-Kp^a (lanes 3 and 6) were treated with (lanes 4 through 6) or without endo H (lanes 1 through 3), separated on SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with the polyclonal anti-Kell.
