Neutrophil binding to immobilized selectin-IgG chimeric proteins. ¹¹¹Indium-labeled neutrophils from the patient and 2 normal donors were added to uncoated wells (▪) or wells coated with P- () or E-selectin IgG (▩) chimeric proteins incubated at 37°C for 30 minutes and the number of adherent cells per well after washing was determined following incubation. No significant differences in neutrophil adhesion to immobilized endothelial selectin was noted between the patient and normal donors. These data are representative of 2 experiments done in triplicate in which the patient was compared with 2 normal donors and in which different normal donors were used in each experiment.
