Shown are sections stained with antibodies against PECAM-1 (A) to identify the vessels, P-selectin (B), and E-selectin (C). Although a subpopulation of the vasculature expressed P-selectin (V and arrows), no significant expression of E-selectin was detected on any of the vessels in this tissue.
