Production of bFGF by CD19⁺/CD11c⁺ cells. PBMC from HD and HCL were enriched for CD19⁺/CD11c⁺cells by T-cell depletion using a rosetting technique. FACS staining showed <3% CD3- and CD5-positive cells, respectively. Cells were cultured for 48 hours and supernatants were screened by ELISA.
