Time course of cytotoxicity induced by adenovirus infection of CLL cells. CLL cells from patient no. 7 were infected with Ad5dl309, Pac3, or Ad5dl337 and the degree of cytotoxicity was monitored by cell counting and trypan blue staining every 3 to 4 days. Control refers to uninfected cells and mock refers to cells infected with heat-inactivated virus.
