CD19-expressing KMS-5 cells have lower capacity for colony formation. The indicated clones were plated in soft agar at 5 × 10²/mL or 5 × 10³/mL in triplicates in 6-well plates and incubated at 37°C and 5% CO₂. Two weeks later, the colonies were counted and photographed under a phase contrast microscope.
