Organ sequestration of radiolabeled RRBC after in vivo Ad-mediated FcγRIIA cDNA gene transfer. Sprague-Dawley rats were administered AdFcγRIIA or AdNull intravenously (109 pfu). After 48 hours, 51Cr-labeled opsonized (IgG-coated) RRBC or nonopsonized RRBC as controls were injected intravenously. After 120 minutes, the liver, lung, and spleen were removed and homogenized. Total radioactivity of the organs, measured in a gamma scintillation counter, is presented as a percentage of the total dose of injected radioactivity (dpm).
