The expression of these molecules was CD45RO (72% to 95%), CD40L (12% to 47%), CD26 (36% to 70%), 4-1BB/CD137 (59% to 86%), CD100 (68% to 97%), and CD95 (73% to 100%). These autologous antileukemia T-cell lines produce both TH1- and TH2-type cytokines (data not shown).
