IFN-γ treatment of MM6 cells increases B7-2 mRNA expression. MM6 cells were cultured for 18 hours in the absence or presence of 500 U/mL of IFN-γ. Total cellular RNA was extracted and analyzed by Northern blot for B7-2 mRNA expression. The same membrane was rehybridized with GAPDH to control that equal amounts of RNA were loaded in each lane.
