B7-2 mRNA expression is enhanced in a dose-dependent manner by IFN-γ. MM6 cells were cultured for 18 hours in the absence or presence of increasing concentrations of IFN-γ. Total cellular RNA was extracted and analyzed by Northern blot for B7-2 mRNA expression. The same membrane was rehybridized with GAPDH to control that equal amounts of RNA were loaded in each lane.
